Q: Do you offer computer repair?

A: Not directly, we have partnering companies that offer repairs for you! Feel free to call for more details. 


Q: Do you offer a warranty?

A: Yes, 1 year on all our computers. This excludes damage by the customer or battery issues (which are tested before delivery). 


Q: What’s your return policy?

A: No hassle, return your computer in the same condition for any reason. If you need help with this process, give us a call!

Q: Do you offer Mac?

A: Although we specialize in repurposed business PCs, we have resources for Mac computers and are happy to help.

Q: Do you customize your PCs?

A: Yes, we customize all orders to each of our customer’s unique needs regardless of the size of their purchase. 


Q: I’m an entrepreneur; do I fall under the individual or small business category?

A: Both! 


Q: Do you offer cell phones, printers or monitors?

A: Only monitors, though typically only for our existing clients who are purchasing their computers through us.

A: Absolutely, we can and are happy to do so!

Q: I need to make a bulk purchase. Do you offer bulk pricing?

A: Yes, we absolutely can and do offer bulk pricing whether you’re an educational institution, small business or organization.
